Refund Policy
Return for afterthought
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the purchased item with another item.
In order to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs are not subject to refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund methods.
For orders over € 50.00, in the event of a refund request, shipping costs of € 12.00 will be charged.
Substitutions
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. For the replacement with the same article, please send us an email to info@caremadivise.com

The shipping costs for returning the item are charged to the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not refund.
